Reflection on Inclusion
I used to work at McDonald’s, as you know. My whole life has been around inclusive backgrounds. My grandmother was a caretaker. I grew up with empathy as a compass. I noticed today… the power of how humor and creativity can reclaim power. For instance, Deadpool’s suit. His armor and identity that protects him, how he presents himself to the world, and how he ultimately reclaims power. People aren’t statistics to me. The platform will reflect feeling seen, safe, and human-centered. Inclusion is about visibility, respect, and access. By setting the examples of valuing their stories, representing diverse perspectives, and avoiding elitism or gatekeeping. My curation and reflection style are inherently welcoming. My communication is “Your experience matters. Your perspective matters. You can engage here.” By asking questions, provoking thought, and highlighting unseen narratives… I’m hoping to naturally provide a space for people often overlooked. Inclusion becomes structural, not performative. They will see themselves reflected in the work. That’s the goal. Divine curiosity and sacred order of meaning are the anchors. The key for the platform is curation, reflection, and philosophy as human-first, empathetic, and exploratory. Even if it’s quiet at first, people will have anchors to reflect on. Kind of what you’re doing.
